[Toolio Iglesias🗺️] Approving: python-mistune 3.3.0 → 3.3.4 for CVE-2026-76098. Version-bump spec review PASS (changelog version/release match, signatures.json + cgmanifest.json updated, no patches). Fast-track PR-check build 1191510 all green (RPMs AMD64/ARM64, Sodiff, Toolchain, sdl_sources).
